Low carb is less important than seed oil disrespect. Moreover, seed oils can be replaced with superior, real fats, whereas sugar replacements suck.

Fruits > Vegetables

Vegetables are a fiat scam. Vegetables wish to kill their predators, whereas fruits welcome their consumption.
